We operate out of health and safety-regulated commercial kitchens and maintain ServSafe certifications to ensure food safety.

All of our ordering is on a weekly basis. The order week starts on Thursday and runs until noon the following Wednesday. All orders are delivered / pick-up on the immediate Sunday. *Any orders received after 12pm on Wednesday will be processed for the next week's orders.

We offer two convenient options: -Delivery Your order can be delivered right to your home. A small delivery fee is automatically calculated based on your address and added to your order total. To find your exact fee, enter your address on the cart page before check-out. **Please leave a cooler out (with ice pack) if you will not be home in order to maintain freshness and protect your order from the elements.** -Porch Pick-Up (Ft. Mitchell, KY) Prefer to pick-up? We offer free porch pick-up every Sunday in Ft. Mitchell. The exact address will be sent to you on Saturday before pick-up.

We accept credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo @thepreppedbox. 50 Prepped Points are given to payments utilizing Venmo!

To cancel your order, please submit your request by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon EST) for the upcoming weekend's meal prep. Cancellations after this time cannot be accommodated as groceries are ordered on Wednesday afternoon based on confirmed orders.

The Prepped Points loyalty program allows you to earn points through various activities such as signing up and placing orders. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
