How do you ensure food safety?

We operate out of health and safety-regulated commercial kitchens and maintain ServSafe certifications to ensure food safety.

When do I need to order by to get my food?

All of our ordering is on a weekly basis.  The order week starts on Thursday and runs until noon the following Wednesday.  All orders are delivered / pick-up on the immediate Sunday.  
*Any orders received after 12pm on Wednesday will be processed for the next week's orders.

How do I get my order?

We offer two convenient options:

-Delivery
Your order can be delivered right to your home. A small delivery fee is automatically calculated based on your address and added to your order total. To find your exact fee, enter your address on the cart page before check-out.

**Please leave a cooler out (with ice pack) if you will not be home in order to maintain freshness and protect your order from the elements.**

-Porch Pick-Up (Ft. Mitchell, KY) 
Prefer to pick-up? We offer free porch pick-up every Sunday in Ft. Mitchell. The exact address will be sent to you on Saturday before pick-up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo @thepreppedbox. 50 Prepped Points are given to payments utilizing Venmo!

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your order, please submit your request by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon EST) for the upcoming weekend's meal prep. Cancellations after this time cannot be accommodated as groceries are ordered on Wednesday afternoon based on confirmed orders.

Absolutely! We offer discounts to military, veterans, police, and firefighters as a token of our appreciation. Additionally, enjoy 15% off your first order, join our loyalty program for more discounts, and don't miss our Early Bird Friday deals on Facebook!

Can I find your food in store?

Not to the public at this time.  All of our orders are made to order with each week and delivered on Sundays.

We currently are available at Queen City Kettlebell for their current clientele.

We are always looking to find new locations!  If you have anywhere in mind you would like to find us, send us a message!

Can you prepare my weekly meals that are not on your menu?

YES!

We offer Macro Coaching plans to obtain your macros with regular check-ins and recalculations as needed.  We offer Macros+Meals to choose between options for a set meal plan each week.  Visit our coaching section for more info below!

If you already have your macros calculated by another professional, feel free to reach out!  We are happy to accommodate you!

How does the Prepped Points loyalty program work?

The Prepped Points loyalty program allows you to earn points through various activities such as signing up and placing orders. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The program features tier levels that provide increasing benefits based on the points earned.

Discounts provided include either cashing in points for dollars off of your order, or redeeming points to receive 10% off your order.
